Some of what we make does not fit a configurator: a heavier signet, an inscription in a language the studio cannot lay out, a piece copied from something lost, a shape we do not stock as a blank.

Tell us about it and a person will answer. This is an enquiry — no price is committed on either side, and nothing here takes payment.

What happens next

01A person reads it — within one working day, Monday to Friday.
02We tell you whether we can cut it, and if not, why. Trade marks, crests and coats of arms are refused whatever the commission.
03You get an estimate: metal, estimated weight, whether it needs hallmarking, the engraving method we would recommend, a price range and a lead time.
04If you want to go ahead, we either build it for you in the studio or send you a configured link to check and order yourself.
